FINALLY understanding the connection between our health & life outcomes & our emotional set-point altered my clinical practice, helping my clients heal faster than ever…

What I intrinsically knew and had been observing in practice was a very obvious connection between stress and health challenges, they clearly go hand in hand. Stress is central to EVERY issue, especially when it comes to children!

We often think that stuff in life happens, such as a sickness of body or mind (for ourselves or others) and THEN we feel stressed. The typical way of thinking about “health” is that once I am healthy my stress will go away!

There are several major hurdles with this way of thinking, it defies universal law to begin with (we feel THEN experience rather than the other way around). AND healing the body isn’t healing the source of stress so it remains forever unless we take very specific action which I share in the video below…

Modern science has revealed that our emotional system and immune system are in an ongoing dynamic dance, what is happening in one is happening in another, no exceptions. We can’t be happy (REALLY happy not fake happy) and sick, nor can we be miserable and vibrantly well…

Herein lies the biggest clue to health ever revealed, the one that led me to finally quit as a career Naturopath & Functional Medicine Practitioner…

BY FAR the quickest, effective and permanent result to heal the body & mind is to address the ROOT CAUSE of stress, the bottom line answer to the question “what’s behind that”, to discover the bliss that has been here for us all along, the secret to healing revealed!

Check out the video below and take your learning deeper with the “Art & Science of Relaxation” training HERE, where I share the exact strategies I teach my clients to heal fast from the most chronic of health and life challenges…
